Ticket Transfer & Seating
- How will my tickets be transferred to the new venue?
All ticketholders will be given new tickets at The Star Theater. Tickets will be allocated based on current tickets purchased.
- How will I receive my new ticket?
SISTIC will issue a new ticket for each existing ticket.
- What will happen to my standing tickets?
The event will now be fully seated with reserved seating. You will be allocated a seat based on the category of ticket you’ve purchased.

- What if I can’t attend the new date? Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund if you cannot attend. Please note that you must reach out to SISTIC by 21 March 2025 23:59 hours for a refund.
- How do I request a refund?
Contact Sistic’s hotline at 6348 5555 by March 21, 2025, at 23:59 hrs. You will also be contacted by SISTIC’s ticketing team during the week of 24th March 2025 to confirm your preference on transferring your tickets or getting a refund. Please do look out for texts / calls from SISTIC.
- Will there be an additional charge on refunds?
